It’s good to see 12 Tasks spreading! We told a friend in Texas how we had done 12 Tasks with our kids. He then read the book Jack Taylor and I wrote – 12 Tasks, Creating a Rite of Passage – and passed on the concept to his son, an Air Force officer.
Our friend wrote: “My son and grandson are beginning the Twelve Tasks tonight. As an Air Force officer, my son adapted it to make it like a mission op. My son coaches a little dribblers basketball team in his spare time. The other two coaches, also Air Force officers, have sons turning twelve. They are doing a similar 12 Tasks rite of passage with their sons as well. They are all excited!”
So there are three new 12 Taskers in Texas.
